Installation Note 35075: An "Encryption run-time execution error" occurs during migration from SAS® 9.1.3 to SAS® 9.2

Migration from SAS 9.1.3 to SAS 9.2 might fail with the following error:
ERROR com.sas.management.metadata.UpgradeException: Error during repository model upgrade. Caused by: com.sas.metadata.remote.MdException: Encryption run-time execution error.
This problem has been encountered when a password exceeding 32 characters in length is stored in metadata. Although SAS® Management Console does not allow a password greater than 32 characters to be stored in metadata, the METADATA procedure does allow a password greater than 32 characters to be stored in metadata.
